These "Terms of Use" set forth the terms and conditions that apply to your use of  HavenZone.com (the "Web Site") or any other HavenZone inc web site. By using the Web Site (other than to read this page for the first time), you agree to comply with all of the Terms of Use set forth herein. The right to use the Web Site is personal to you and is not transferable to any other person or entity.

Copyrights and Trademarks
A.          All materials contained on the Web Site are Copyright January 01, 2006, HavenZone inc. All rights reserved.
B.           No person is authorized to use, copy or distribute any portion of the Web Site including related graphics.
C.           HavenZone inc and other trademarks and/or service marks (including logos and designs) found on the Web Site are trademarks/service marks that identify HavenZone inc and the goods and/or services provided by HavenZone inc. Such marks may not be used under any circumstances without the prior written authorization of HavenZone inc.

Links to Third-Party Web Site
HavenZone inc may provide hyperlinks to third-party web sites as a convenience to users of the Web Site. HavenZone inc does not control third-party web sites and is not responsible for the contents of any linked-to, third party web sites or any hyperlink in a linked-to web site. HavenZone inc does not endorse, recommend or approve any third-party web site hyper linked from the Web Site. HavenZone inc will have no liability to any entity for the content or use of the content available through such hyperlink.

HavenZone Designed Web Sites
HavenZone inc is not responsible for informational content or images on web sites designed for other businesses by HavenZone inc. HavenZone inc does NOT censor the content of web sites designed for other businesses. While HavenZone inc does urge businesses to maintain a family friendly environment on the internet, HavenZone inc will design the web site it was contracted to create. HavenZone inc reserves the right to deny linking HavenZone.com or other HavenZone inc owned web sites to a site that has questionable content on it. The client who contacted HavenZone inc to create the web site must supply all text to be used on the site in a digital format along with photos to be used. Graphic design work is an additional charge along with data entry. The client does not have exclusive rights to the design of the web site created by HavenZone inc. HavenZone inc reserves the right to resell the design work and intellectual properties created and supplied by HavenZone inc.  

HavenZone Hosting
HavenZone inc offers many different hosting packages. The amount of storage space and bandwidth are set forth in the client’s contract. HavenZone inc does not guarantee uptime of its hosting products beyond 97% up time. Included in the hosting price for the year is the client’s domain name. HavenZone inc purchases the URL for its client, whereby the client will always have the option to purchase the URL from HavenZone inc at a fair market value plus a processing fee. HavenZone inc is not responsible for lost data removed by the client from their hosting account. HavenZone inc reserves the right to terminate an account for abuse. Advanced Listings
HavenZone inc reserves the right to censor any information to be placed on the business listing on HavenZone.com Businesses are expected to submit their information upon payment of an Advanced Listing. All of the information submitted is to be within the guidelines of HavenZone inc web sites. Any information submitted that is deemed questionable will not be included in said business’s listing. HavenZone inc. maintains a child friendly level of acceptable information. Any business found posting questionable material on their Advanced Business Listing on HavenZone.com will receive a warning, if the questionable information is not removed within one week of the warning the account will be terminated and no refund will be granted.

Keywords
The words you want to use to enhance your businesses visibility when a visitor enters search information. All keywords should pertain to the business being listed. Any words that are considered questionable or not related to the business will not be included in the Advanced Listing.  Keywords should be products and / or services that said business provides to the public. Keywords are not to be explicit language or words not appropriate for children under the age of 13.  HavenZone inc reserves the right to censor all listings in all HavenZone inc web sites.

Description
The description included in a listing is to be a detailed description of exactly what a business offers. Any business found submitting false information or misleading the public will be removed from all HavenZone inc web sites. 

User Created Web Content in the HavenZone Community Section

User Created Classified Ads
Any member of the HavenZone Community may place classified ads for a duration of 60 days. A member of the HavenZone Community is expected to maintain a level of decency in all classified ads placed. Classified ads will be monitored by the HavenZone inc staff. If a user is found to be abusing the system or posting questionable information, HavenZone inc will terminate the user’s account immediately. HavenZone inc has no control over what a user posts and advises all members and visitors to carefully consider the person who posted the classified ad before making a purchase. If you believe a member has posted false information or information that would be considered questionable, please contact HavenZone inc at Community@HavenZone.com immediately to report the user. If a user is found to be guilty of such actions, HavenZone inc will terminate the user account without an appeal process.

Third-Party Created Calendar Events
HavenZone inc is not responsible for calendar event information posted by third-parties in the community section. Only community organizations will be allowed to post calendar events in the HavenZone Community Calendar. Any organization interested in posting calendar events must contact HavenZone inc directly for express permission to post events. If an organization is found misusing the HavenZone calendar, that organization will receive a warning. A second offense will result in the termination of the organization's membership account as well as the removal of all information associated with said organization from all HavenZone web sites.

Third-Party Created News Articles
HavenZone inc is not responsible for News Articles posted by third-parties. Only community organizations and professional news organizations will be allowed to post news articles in the HavenZone Community News Articles. Any organization interested in posting news articles must contact HavenZone inc directly for express permission to post articles. If an organization is found misusing the HavenZone News Articles, that organization will receive a warning. A second offense will result in the termination of the organization’s membership account as well as the removal of all information associated with said organization from all HavenZone web sites.

Members Entries on the HavenZone Message Board (Forum)
All members who post entries to the HavenZone Message Board are responsible for the content of their post.  The HavenZone Message Board is monitored by the HavenZone team on a very loose basis. The HavenZone Community Members are entrusted to post to this message board and maintain a common decency towards each other as well as maintain the integrity of this web site. Everyone is welcome to post entries to the HavenZone Message Board.  By posting an entry, you agree to the acceptable standards of the HavenZone web site.  Any user found misusing the message board will have their account terminated and their computer blocked from the HavenZone web site.  We maintain a youth friendly environment and we expect our members to do the same.

Use of the HavenZone Chat Room
All members and non-members are expected to maintain the same level of decency when in the HavenZone Chat Room.  All visitors are to be aware that a minor may be in the chat room and no foul or explicit language should be used.  We ask that you respect your fellow visitors and keep the conversation clean.  The HavenZone Team will periodically monitor the HavenZone Chat Room and any visitor found harassing another visitor will be banned from the HavenZone web site and the person will be reported to the authorities if found to be harassing a minor. All chat rooms are recorded and keep identifying records that can and will be turned over to the authorities if someone is found to be harassing another member or violating any laws. There should be no assumed form of privacy in the chat rooms.
 
No Representations or Warranties; Limitations on Liability
The information and materials on the Web Site could include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically made to the information contained herein. HavenZone inc MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO ANY INFORMATION, MATERIALS OR GRAPHICS ON THE WEB SITE, ALL OF WHICH IS PROVIDED ON A STRICTLY "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND AND HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES WITH REGARD TO ANY INFORMATION, MATERIALS OR GRAPHICS ON THE WEB SITE, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
